What can I create with ONE?
Explore rings, pendants, bracelets and earrings. Start with a clear photograph for each design or earring component.
What makes a good reference photo?
Use a sharp, well-lit image with the full piece visible. Keep the background simple and avoid shadows or reflections that hide details.
Do I need to describe changes?
Instructions are optional. ONE prepares a stone-free preview for you to review before creating the model. Check that settings and supporting metal have been preserved.
Can I try another preview?
Yes. Choose Try another version and inspect the new preview before generating your model. Each successful preview is charged separately.
What can I download?
Download your completed 3D models. Return to saved results from your workspace history.
Can I send the model straight to manufacture?
Review the output first. Dimensions are uncalibrated; sizing, fit, openings and small details need checking before printing or manufacture.
How are credits charged?
Accepted requests reserve credits and reduce your available balance. Only successful work is charged; failed or cancelled requests release the reservation. Previews and models are charged separately. Uploads and approval are free. Review the displayed price or estimate before starting.
Where can I get help with a failed generation?
Contact support with your workspace name and when the problem happened. Never send your password.
Will my saved work remain after I close the browser?
Accepted generation work continues on the server. Sign back into your account and open the workspace to view its saved progress and results.
